The gym was a positive. It has a good selection of equipment. the front desk staff provided really good service. they helped with directions and offered advice on local attractions. the food in the brasserie tasted lovely, and the service was attentive.
the noise levels were elevated because of events in the reception hall. it was difficult to fall asleep early in the evening. the shower temperature fluctuated greatly. adjusting the settings proved challenging, sometimes resulting in cold water and other times very hot water.

excellent service pleasant staff easy access balanced location
the staff provided excellent customer service. the reception team answered all my questions. the restaurant team ensured a pleasant dining experience. the hotel's location offers a balance, it is away from the city center but with easy access to public transportation.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud , made it a little hard to fall asleep at first

The rooms were spacious and quiet. Some overlook an inner courtyard. rooms include tea and coffee, with plenty of uht milk packets. the bathroom was clean. It featured a full-sized bath to unwind after a long day.

The staff were attentive and polite. the reception staff was friendly and helpful. They addressed my queries promptly. it ensured a seamless check-in process. Everyone was smiling.

the hotel is located a short walk from stillorgan village shopping centre, about 10 minutes away. bus stops to the city centre are very close by. it is a 40 minutes' walk to blackrock village and the dart train.

The breakfast had a LARGE selection of items. The bus stop WAS directly across from the hotel.
the room Had a connecting door to ANOTHER room. I could clearly hear conversations through this door.

Checking in went smoothly. The staff was cute. I enjoyed a very GOOD breakfast. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room WAS a thoughtful touch.
I asked for water three TIMES at the restaurant. No one brought it to me. The carpet on the way to my room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.
